StuArt is a place for artists who are just starting out to sell what they make, and for anyone who wants to own something original. Every piece is one of a kind, and every sale goes straight to the person who made it.
Buy direct
You buy from the artist, not from us. Once you’ve paid, you both get each other’s email to sort out collection or delivery.
Keep what you earn
No commission during the beta. Stripe takes its usual card processing fee from each sale, and the rest is yours.
Built around community
We’re starting with university art societies, and anyone aged 18 or over is welcome to buy and sell.

Calling new artists
Painting, ceramics, prints, photography, whatever you make: if you’re starting out and want to sell your work, StuArt is for you. Apply with one photo of something you’ve made, and once you’re approved you can start listing. Our first launches are through university art societies.
